Privacy policy

This policy explains how Nazarban Analytics FZCO ("Nazarban", "we") handles personal data in Nazarban Skin Scan. It covers two groups: patients who use a clinic's scan page, and clinics and agencies who use our service.

Who is responsible

When you scan on a clinic's page, that clinic is responsible for your data (the controller) and Nazarban processes it on the clinic's behalf. On Nazarban's own demo and preview pages, Nazarban is responsible. Contact: saman.salour93@gmail.com.

What we collect from patients

  • Your photo, only to produce your report. It is deleted as soon as the analysis finishes.
  • Your report: scores for how your skin looks, a crop of your face with markings, and a written summary. Kept for 30 days so your report link works, then deleted.
  • If you choose to unlock the full report: your name, WhatsApp number and your consent to be contacted. These go to the clinic.
  • Technical data: a one-way code derived from your IP address, used only to prevent abuse, and basic usage events (for example, that a scan was completed).

How the analysis works

Your photo is analysed by our software and by an AI model provided by Anthropic (USA), which processes the image to score how your skin looks. The result is a cosmetic description, not a medical diagnosis. Treatment suggestions come from the clinic's own menu, matched by fixed rules.

Where data is processed

Our servers are in Germany (EU). The AI analysis is processed in the USA. Our providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Why we process it

To produce the report you asked for (with your consent, given before the scan), and, if you unlock the full report, to pass your details to the clinic so it can contact you (with your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can object to or restrict processing. Contact the clinic, or us at saman.salour93@gmail.com, and we will help. You are not required to leave your details: the free part of the report works without them.

Age

The scan is for people aged 18 and over.

Clinics and agencies

We keep business contact details, billing records and your menu to provide the service. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not see or store card numbers.
