Terms of service

These terms are between Nazarban Analytics FZCO, IFZA, Dubai ("Nazarban") and the clinic or agency using Nazarban Skin Scan ("you").

The service

We provide a branded web page where people can take a selfie and receive an AI-generated description of how their skin looks, with treatments from your menu, plus lead alerts to you. The service is cosmetic. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Your responsibilities

• Your menu, prices and treatment descriptions are accurate and kept up to date.
• Your page and any promotion of it comply with the advertising rules that apply to you (for example, approval by your medical director where required).
• You contact patients only as they agreed, and handle their data lawfully as the controller.

Plans and payment

Subscriptions are billed in USD through PayPal, starting on the day you subscribe. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the paid period. If we do not have your page live within 24 hours of your approval, we refund the plan in full.

Data

We process patient data on your behalf and only on your instructions, as described in our privacy policy. Photos are deleted after analysis; reports after 30 days. At the end of the contract we delete your data on request.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for clinical decisions or treatment outcomes.
